What procedures and visas do you need to work in Vietnam?

A Vietnamese work visa requires a letter of employment from a Vietnamese company, an approval from the Immigration Bureau and two photos on a white background. You can log in to the Visa Application Center of the Vietnamese Embassy in China to make an appointment to download and fill in the application form, and then provide the materials to the Visa Application Center of the Vietnamese Embassy for approval. Arriving in Vietnam after obtaining a work visa, you need to apply for a residence permit at the local immigration office 180 days and less than 2 years.

1, go and get a passport to Vietnam.

You need a certificate that you haven't received criminal punishment. You need proof of the place where your household registration is located, then go to the police station where your household registration is located and stamp it, and finally go to the municipal notary office for notarization. You need a notarial certificate in both Chinese and English.

3. Require a college diploma or more than 6 years of work experience. With a diploma or proof of more than 6 years' work experience, notarization at the municipal notary office is required in both Chinese and English.

4. With no criminal punishment certificate, education certificate or work experience, both China and Vietnam should apply for consular certification in the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office.

If you have contacted the Vietnamese company and want to send an invitation letter to Vietnam, you can apply for a visa for half a year at the Vietnamese consulate. After that, the Vietnamese company will handle the work permit and temporary residence permit with your two certificates. If you want to go to Vietnam to find a job again, you can only apply for a tourist visa first, and then apply for a work permit and a temporary residence permit when you find a job.

Note: a business visa is also a job, but it is not a work visa. Business visa is a kind of business visit. You can't work illegally. First of all, you should make clear the work visa and business visa.

China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country. China citizens who want to go to other countries or regions also need to obtain visas or other entry permits. However, unless the China government has signed visa exemption agreements with other governments or the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide otherwise. China citizens who leave or enter the country as seafarers and work on foreign ships shall apply for a seaman's certificate according to law.

Article 11 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration.

When China citizens leave or enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other travel documents and other exit and entry documents to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities, and shall go through the prescribed procedures before leaving or entering the country.

At qualified ports, the entry-exit frontier inspection organs shall provide special passages and other convenient measures for China citizens to enter and leave the country.
