The most important thing is that the audit time of immigration is time-consuming. The audit time is the fastest 10 month and the slowest 16 month. There are five acceptance centers in all. You can attend the formal audit time.
California Service Center: 10.5 months
Nebraska Service Center: 10.5 months
Potomac service center: 12 months
Dezhou Service Center: 1 1.5 months
Vermont Service Center: 16 months
After the approval of the Immigration Bureau, it will generally receive a letter of filing within 45 days and hand over the case to the NVC National Visa Center;
After all the materials are uploaded to CEAC system, it usually takes 3 months to issue a closing letter in NVC stage, and then a face letter will be issued to the applicant in about 1~4 weeks.
The whole process will take about 1 year, and if it is slow, it will take at least 1.5 years. If you have a plan to apply, apply as soon as possible.
