Hello, if parents choose to wait for the interview stage in China, the whole application period is about 1~ 1.5 years.

The most important thing is that the audit time of immigration is time-consuming. The audit time is the fastest 10 month and the slowest 16 month. There are five acceptance centers in all. You can attend the formal audit time.

Vermont Service Center: 16 months

After the approval of the Immigration Bureau, it will generally receive a letter of filing within 45 days and hand over the case to the NVC National Visa Center;

After all the materials are uploaded to CEAC system, it usually takes 3 months to issue a closing letter in NVC stage, and then a face letter will be issued to the applicant in about 1~4 weeks.

The whole process will take about 1 year, and if it is slow, it will take at least 1.5 years. If you have a plan to apply, apply as soon as possible.
