The giant Buddha, which cost HK$ 20 million to build, is 23 meters high, even the base is 34 meters high and weighs 250 tons. It is made of 200 bronze castings and covers an area of about 6567 square meters. It is the largest open-air bronze Buddha statue in the world today.
