Are China and Japanese the same species?

The whole human race is the same species. But carefully, the main part of China people (some of Japan are immigrants from ancient China, such as those who fled the war at the end of the year) and the main part of Japanese people are not of the same lineage, and this differentiation began ten thousand or tens of thousands of years ago. At the beginning of this division, there was no concept of China or Japan, and the concept of China/Japan was only two or three thousand years old and more than one thousand years old.
