Transfer problem

A, the object transfer (in and out) program:

1. Students who have newly moved to our district from other places because their parents have been transferred to administrative organs and institutions;

2, the higher authorities issued a document asking students to transfer.

Second, the handling procedures:

1. When students transfer to our district, they should first apply to the Education Department of the Education Bureau with the transfer certificate and the original household registration book of the original school (if their parents transfer, they should also issue a transfer notice from the personnel department), fill in the transfer contact form in triplicate, one for the transfer school, one for the receiving school and one for the Education Bureau, and keep it for future reference.

2. After reviewing the transfer materials, the Education Department of the Education Bureau will determine the transfer school and issue a transfer certificate according to its registered permanent residence, actual residence, school class and degree, and after contacting the relatively nearby school. Parents report to the designated school with the transfer certificate and related transfer materials.

3. Transfer students should hold a transfer contact in triplicate, first contact the education administrative department and school in the transfer place, apply for study, and go to the Education Department of the District Education Bureau for review after approval.

4. If the superior government department issues a document requesting the transfer, it shall also issue relevant certificates and materials from relevant departments.

Third, matters needing attention:

1. In principle, the transfer starts from the new school year, once a year. Transfer procedures are generally handled before the end of the semester or within one week of the start of school.

2. The above transfer is limited to the primary school stage, and the middle school transfer is handled by the Municipal Education Bureau;

3, the superior government issued a document for the transfer, its scope and time in accordance with the provisions of the relevant documents.

Graduates are generally not allowed to transfer.
