1. See if your job is within the 38 jobs that are in short supply in Canada.

2. If yes, make an immigration assessment according to your specific situation and calculate your immigration score.

3. If not, do an immigration assessment to see if you can become an AEO skilled immigrant.

After the assessment, if your immigration score is below 67, don't consider other issues for the time being. When will the immigration score be enough and when will you start preparing for the application?

If your score is 67, you can directly apply for DIY or find an intermediary in 38 industries in short supply, prepare the materials as required, and then submit the form. It will take about 1 month to get the file number, so pay attention to the progress on the embassy website when you are free. You will receive the physical examination form within June-1February, and then prepare for the interview. If you pass the interview, you can get a visa within 3 months. Just land in Canada within the validity period of the visa.

If you get 67 points, but you are no longer in 38 industries that are in short supply, you can only immigrate as AEO skilled immigrants. In other words, you have to have an employer in Canada, get approval, and then apply for immigration. Usually this is done by intermediary companies. If you can find an employer, you can do it yourself. After the information is submitted, the file number will be obtained in about 1 month, and the medical examination and interview will have to wait for 7-24 months. Get a visa on arrival after passing the test.
