What does IELTS mean?

IELTS refers to the IELTS test, which is called the international English test system and is one of the famous international English standardized proficiency tests. The IELTS test was established in 1989 and is jointly managed by the British Council for Cultural Education, the Cambridge University Examinations Board and the Australian Education International Development Agency (IDP). How long is the IELTS valid? The IELTS test is valid for 2 years, counting from the date of the test, not the date when the results are announced. However, candidates should note that the validity period is valid for 2 years from the date of the examination. For example, if candidates take the IELTS test on March 24, 20 18, the period from March 24, 2020 is the validity period of candidates' scores, not the time when the results are announced.
