What are the requirements for studying in Australia and then immigrating?

Application conditions for studying/immigrating in Australia

1. Age: I am under 45 years old (except for applicants with 485 visas) on the date of submitting my application for immigrant visa.

2. English proficiency: Before submitting an immigrant visa application, you must score at least 6 points in all four IELTS items, and the test date for taking IELTS scores is within two years from the date of submitting an immigrant visa. Academic IELTS or immigration IELTS scores are recognized.

3. Two-year study in Australia: It is defined as that the applicant has completed a course (one course, two courses or more) in Australia with a duration of at least 16 months within six months after submitting the application for immigrant visa. The course has been registered with the Australian Ministry of Education for at least 92 weeks, and the course studied must be closely related to the nominated occupation.

4. Nomination of skilled occupations: When submitting an application for an immigrant visa, you must provide proof that you have applied to the relevant immigrant occupation assessment agency for occupation assessment, and the nominated occupation must be an occupation with a score of 50 or 60 on the Australian list of skilled occupations.
