Legal basis: Article 20 of the Regulations on Punishment of Civil Servants of Administrative Organs shall be given a demerit or a gross demerit if it commits one of the following acts; If the circumstances are serious, demotion or dismissal shall be given; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be dismissed: (1) Failing to perform their duties according to law, resulting in avoidable major accidents or mass incidents such as explosion, fire, spread of infectious diseases, serious environmental pollution and heavy casualties;
(two) major accidents, disasters, incidents or major criminal cases, public security cases, not according to the provisions of the report, handling; (3) Neglecting the management of special funds and materials such as disaster relief, emergency rescue, flood control, epidemic prevention, special care, poverty alleviation, immigration, relief, social insurance and land acquisition compensation, resulting in corruption, misappropriation, damage or loss; (four) other acts of dereliction of duty and delaying work.
