Pinggu jiangjunguan village

Jiangjunguan Village is a mountain village in the northeast of Pinggu District, Beijing. It is named after the Great Wall and the General Pass in the Ming Dynasty, bordering Xia Ying Town in Tianjin and Douziyu Town in Chengde City, Hebei Province. You can climb the Great Wall over mountains to Tianjin, and there is an expressway to Chengde. Go to Jiangjunguan Village in Pinggu, and the passing village is clean and tidy. The men, women and children who are resting and chatting in front of the roadside house are all dressed up beautifully, feeling slim and graceful, with a natural elegance.

When you enter the village, the first thing you see is the villas on the left. The blue-gray two-story villa is neat and beautiful. Behind the villas, on the left side of the old village is the No.29 bus terminal. The old village basically retains its original appearance, which is patchy, winding and uncomfortable. History and reality are intertwined, and crowded and empty coexist at the same time. Walking on the streets of the village, there is only one street that cars can barely pass through, which can bypass broken walls, the Great Wall behind the village. The cobblestone wall of the old street is narrower. I walked around the village and didn't see many people who didn't padlock. Only three people met, and the door was wide open (in fact, the door was very small) and only one person was happy.

Most villagers who didn't go to town moved to their new homes.

When I came back, I was curious and deliberately turned right. I went to the steep valley of Chengde Xinglong to have a look. After crossing the Beijing-Hebei border, the broad and flat asphalt road suddenly became a narrow cement road. The cement roads in Hebei are potholed and dusty. At the beginning, Pinggu was also the boundary of Hebei, and it was valuable immediately after returning to the imperial city. I don't know whether it's because of management or money. There is such a big gap. Don't mention it, Hebei people burst into tears when they talked about it.
