What is a noc competition?

The NOC Competition is jointly sponsored by China Higher Education Association, China Invention Association and China Educational Technology Association, and supported by China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Department of Basic Education, the Department of Normal Education and the Department of Vocational Education and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education. It is a national competition aimed at cultivating college students' independent innovation ability.

"National Information Technology Innovation Practice Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools" is an information technology application competition aimed at popularizing "intellectual property rights" and demonstrating the "independent innovation" ability of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools, and it is also a concentrated display form of outstanding achievements in scientific and technological activities in primary and secondary schools. The English name of the activity is Network Creative Competition (NOC). Hereinafter referred to as "NOC activities").

The goal of the competition is to cultivate college students' innovative spirit in the competition and effectively promote colleges and universities to cultivate more highly skilled and applied talents urgently needed by economic and social development.
