4. Encourage farmers to move ahead of time. Within 30 days after signing the resettlement agreement with the local town people's government, the farmers who participated in the safe-haven relocation and resettlement completed the handover of houses, buildings (structures) and ground attachments, and promised in writing not to return to their original residence. Confirmed by the local town government, they can also get a relocation reward of 20 thousand yuan per household, which has well mobilized the enthusiasm of the masses to move.
