Want to know what procedures are needed to apply for Portuguese immigration?

1) The client's attorney conducts due diligence on the property, confirms that the property can be traded, and signs a pre-sale contract.

2) The house payment, taxes and immigration fees shall be remitted to the personal account of the main applicant in Portugal one week before the deadline specified in the deposit receipt.

3) Before the transfer, the lawyer will confirm the amount and notify the bank after the money related to the real estate purchase arrives, and receive the transfer authorization from the mailbox registered by the client's bank. Customers need to print, sign, scan and reply to the bank.

4) After the lawyer confirms that the bank has received the signed transfer authorization, the lawyer will make an appointment to pay taxes and make an appointment for the developer and the notary office staff to sign the transfer contract within 1 week.

5) The notary office notarizes the signed transfer contract and submits it to the Real Estate Registration Bureau for registration. Generally, you will get the real estate license within 15 working days after signing the transfer contract, and get the house book within 30 working days, and you can check it in the real estate registration bureau in official website (the real estate license comes with a login code, which is valid for 3 months. After the expiration, you need to apply for a new code to log in and check, and each time you apply for 30 euros).

6) The bank will deduct the health insurance premium from the Portuguese account of the principal applicant and issue a health insurance policy to the lawyer; After the transfer, a bank certificate will be issued (proving that more than 500,000 euros of funds for house purchase come from outside the EU).

Three. Submit an immigration application

1) All materials need to be submitted by lawyers within 10-20 days.

2) All applicants can make an appointment with a lawyer to take fingerprints at the Portuguese Immigration Office at any time before the approval (the Portuguese version of the air ticket order needs to be prepared, and 25 euros per page is required if the lawyer translation certification is required) or within 30 days after the approval.

3) The lawyer is approved 4-6 months after all the immigration materials are submitted.

4) After the approval, the customer will receive the authorization to transfer the business card printing fee, which needs to be printed and signed back to the bank. After receiving it, the bank will write a check for the printing fee of the business card to the customer, and the lawyer will make an appointment with the immigration bureau to pay the printing fee of the business card.

5) The residence card will be issued 1 month after paying the business card printing fee. The lawyer will make an appointment to collect it, and our company will send it back to China.
