Even if you don't speak perfectly during the interview, people will think that you are studying hard and are willing to work in German or French.

I found an internship hotel, and the next step is to enter a real job. Many students complain that they are too tired at work, or that they can't communicate without friends. But please think about how to be a hotel industry, even the boss starts as a waiter. I personally cherish this opportunity, and I am tired to a certain extent. We are all spoiled children in China, and we have never had the experience of serving others tea and cleaning the room. We need an adaptation process both physically and psychologically. But when your efforts are praised by the manager, you will be proud of yourself when you get your salary! You not only beat yourself, but also won the recognition of others! When it comes to salary, the salary of our interns should not be lower than the Swiss minimum wage, which is about 2,2 Swiss francs (before tax). My personal after-tax salary is 1942 Swiss francs. I am responsible for my own accommodation. Many hotels provide accommodation for employees, but it is also a good choice for our students to deduct a part of the accommodation fee accordingly. I can also rent a relatively cheap house with my friends. Of course, with your efforts, you will get an indefinite amount of tips, which depends on your personal play. Some people can get 3-4 Swiss francs a month, while others only have dozens. Believe in yourself, pay and return are in direct proportion.

Let's talk about interpersonal relationships again. Why do some students say that they will be discriminated against and that their status here is low and no one takes it seriously? Many hotel managers also welcome students to stay and continue their work. But from another angle, many students don't want to stay as waiters, because they think that the domestic hotel industry is in urgent need of professionals, and our social value will be reflected in China.
