C. Holding a valid diplomatic, official, courtesy and C-shaped People's Republic of China (PRC) visa;

E. Holding valid permanent identity cards for China people and foreigners;
F holding a valid China Travel Permit, People's Republic of China (PRC) Entry-Exit Pass or other documents that can re-enter the mainland of China.

(five) there are other special circumstances that must be solved.
