In ancient Huizhou, local native products flowed continuously along the Yangtze River to the west of Zhejiang, and the daily necessities and money earned by Jiangsu and Zhejiang merchants kept going upstream. Xin 'anjiang has always been the lifeline of ancient Huizhou people. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, in order to facilitate business, businessmen who came and went from all over the country specially compiled route books for scenic spots and landmarks around the country, mainly paying attention to place names and mileage, and also recording the names of post stations and city gates. Shen Du Town has convenient transportation and the largest land and water wharf in Huangshan City, 52km away from Huangshan Airport and 20km away from the entrance of Huihang Expressway. Shen Du Town's urban economy is based on business and tourism services. There are more than 10 hotels in Shen Du, large cruise ships 18 and 27 speedboats visiting Qiandao Lake, which receive more than 300,000 tourists every year.
