"Four offices and four centers" means:

1. Town Party and government comprehensive office,

2. Social Service Office,

3. Social Management Office,

4. Economic Development Office

And:

1. Publicity and Cultural Center,

2. Convenience service center,

3. Comprehensive management and stability of the mass work center,

4. Agricultural service center.

The establishment of "four institutes and four centers" is to strengthen the social management and public service functions of the town government. By integrating social management and public service resources, standardizing internal institutions, we will build a new social management and public service mechanism with clear functions, orderly operation, openness, justice, efficiency and convenience, and comprehensively improve the social management and public service level of the town government.
