Compensation standard of forest land in Chongqing

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 34 of the Regulations of Chongqing Municipality on Urban Landscaping.

Article 2 Approve the greening compensation standard for temporary occupation of urban garden green space (unit: yuan/day × square meter):

(a) public green space, scenic forest land, production green space and residential green space are calculated by 1~3 yuan;

(2) Protective green space and attached green space of the unit shall be calculated as ~ 1 yuan. Temporary occupation of urban garden green space caused by damage to plants and ancillary facilities, compensation in accordance with the provisions.

Article 3 Compensation standard for afforestation of trees that have been transplanted and cut down upon approval (unit: RMB/plant):

(1) The DBH of the trunk is 65438 00 cm, transplanted in 50 yuan and cut down in 200 yuan; If the trunk DBH is less than 30cm, the compensation standard of trunk DBH 10cm shall be taken as the calculation base. DBH of trunk decreased 1cm, transplanting decreased 5 yuan, and cutting decreased 20 yuan. Every increase of 1cm, the increase of transplantation 10 yuan, and the increase of logging 40 yuan.

(two) the trunk diameter at breast height is 30 cm, transplanted in 250 yuan, cut down 1000 yuan; If the trunk DBH exceeds 30 cm, the compensation standard of trunk DBH shall be taken as the calculation base. For every increase of 1cm, 40 yuan will be increased for transplanting and 100 yuan for felling.

(three) the trunk of 50 cm in diameter at breast height, transplanting 1050 yuan, cutting down 3000 yuan; If the trunk DBH exceeds 50 cm, the compensation standard of trunk DBH shall be taken as the calculation base. For every increase of 1 cm, transplanting increases 80 yuan, and cutting increases 300 yuan.

(four) belong to evergreen trees or deciduous trees, according to the provisions of this article (a) (two) (three) the standard of two times; Belong to evergreen trees, according to this article (a) (two) (three) three times the standard calculation. The DBH of the trunk is measured in units of height from the ground.

Article 4 Compensation standard for approved planting and cutting shrubs (unit: yuan/nest):

(a) crown diameter below 50 cm, transplanted in 20 yuan, cut down in 50 yuan; If the crown diameter exceeds 50 cm, the compensation standard for crown diameter of 50 cm shall be taken as the calculation base. Every time 10 cm is increased, 20 yuan will be increased by transplanting and 50 yuan will be increased by cutting.

(two) flowering shrubs according to the provisions of item (a) of this article three to five times the standard calculation, precious flowering shrubs according to ten to fifteen times the calculation.

Article 5 Compensation standard for approved planting and cutting of bamboo (unit: yuan/nest):

(a) general bamboo, transplant 10 yuan, and cut down 30 yuan; When the nest diameter is larger than 20cm, for every increase of 10cm, 20 yuan will be increased for transplanting and 50 yuan will be increased for cutting.

Article 6 The approved compensation standard for transplanting and pulling out artificial lawns (unit: RMB/m2): RMB 65,438+00 ~ RMB 65,438+05 for transplanting lawns and RMB 30~40 yuan for pulling out lawns.

Article 7 Due to national key construction, it is really necessary to transplant famous trees, rare trees, trees with DBH 100 cm or more, and trees with historical value and commemorative significance, which shall be audited by the municipal department in charge of urban landscaping, reported to the Municipal People's Government for approval, and transplanted according to five to ten times the standards specified in Items (2) and (3) of Article 3 of these Provisions.

Eighth trees, shrubs, bamboo, lawn damage, according to the transplant plant greening compensation standard of 20~50% compensation; If death is caused, compensation shall be made according to the standard of compensation for cutting down plants.

Ninth caused damage to the ancillary facilities of urban landscaping, the amount of compensation is calculated according to the current cost.

Tenth the compensation fees for transplanting and cutting plants listed in these Provisions do not include the actual labor, transportation and tool consumption.

Eleventh urban old city reconstruction project is difficult to ensure green land due to conditions, the construction unit must pay the centralized green construction fee. Construction fee standard for centralized greening (unit: RMB/m2):

(a) Yuzhong District is 3000~5000 yuan;

(two) Jiulongpo District, Shapingba District, Nan 'an District, Jiangbei District, dadukou district, Beibei District, Yubei District and Banan District is 2000~4000 yuan;

(3) Shuangqiao District, Wansheng District, Hechuan City, Jiangjin City, Yongchuan City, Wanxian Immigration Development Zone, Qianjiang Development Zone and Fuling District are1.500 ~ 3,000 yuan;

(4) Other cities and counties are 800~ 1500 yuan.

Twelfth because of special needs approved the occupation of urban garden green space, not according to the occupied area of two to five times to repay the green space fee, must pay the construction fee of urban garden green space according to the occupied area. Standard of urban garden green space construction fee (unit: RMB/m2):

(a) public green space 4000~5000 yuan;

(two) scenic woodland, protective green space, production green space, residential green space, attached green space of the unit 2000~3000 yuan. The economic compensation for ancillary facilities shall be calculated at the current cost.

Thirteenth district, city and county governments can make specific provisions within the scope of eleventh and twelfth charging standards in combination with the actual situation in the region.

Fourteenth urban greening compensation fees charged, 70% of the centralized greening construction fees are retained in the region, and 30% are left to the competent department of urban landscaping. The greening compensation fee charged by the attached green space of the unit is used for the environmental greening construction of the unit.

Article 15 The accounts of the greening compensation fees, centralized greening construction fees and urban landscaping construction fees collected and used by the districts, cities and counties in the current year shall be reported to the municipal department in charge of urban landscaping before the end of February of the following year, and the municipal department in charge of urban landscaping shall report to the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Audit Bureau before the end of March.

Sixteenth to report damage, destruction of urban landscaping behavior of meritorious personnel to reward:

(a) compensation in 10~ 100 yuan, reward 5~25 yuan;

(two) compensation in 10 1~500 yuan, reward 25~ 100 yuan;

(3) If the compensation is more than 50 1 yuan, 10~20% of the compensation amount will be awarded. The incentive fee shall be charged in the green compensation fee, centralized green construction fee and urban garden green space construction fee.

Seventeenth according to the provisions of the compensation fee, should use the municipal finance department to make a unified bill, and included in the management of extrabudgetary funds.

Eighteenth according to the provisions of the compensation fee, should establish a financial management system, accept the supervision and inspection of the competent departments and construction, finance, auditing and other departments.

Nineteenth these Provisions shall be interpreted by the competent department of city landscaping.

Article 20 These Provisions shall come into force as of June 1998. The original "Chongqing City Landscaping Award and Compensation Regulations" shall be abolished at the same time.
