Russia is already short of population. Why don't refugees want to go to Russia?

From a moral point of view, then the European Union and the United States should be responsible for accepting refugees, because all this is caused by them.

If the United States fought two wars and now overthrew Gaddafi's regime in Libya together with the European Union, and the country is poor and refugees are unwilling to choose, it is morally wrong, then naturally China and Russia should not do so, and it is not possible. At most, when necessary, extend a humanitarian hand and give some material support.

Finally, to sum up: Russia is not only cold, but also has no great benefits from leaving home. That's not necessary. In case the frozen guest dies in another country, that's too bad. To put it mildly, they are refugees. In fact, they are not the refugees we imagined. They also choose places. Russia is relatively cold, and the treatment is not as good as that of developed regions in Europe and America. There is no need to come to Russia.
