1. 2. Invitation letter: If you are invited to visit American residents, it will be helpful for your application to provide the following information: the information of the inviter, the purpose of your visit to the United States, and the travel schedule arranged in advance. If you just travel to the United States, you don't need to show an invitation letter.
3. proof of funds: prove that you have the ability to pay all the expenses that you don't work during your stay in the United States, such as a payroll that objectively reflects your monthly income and a passbook with regular entry and exit records. The following documents may be helpful to the application: a detailed invitation letter issued by the American partner stating the purpose of the applicant's visit to the United States; Contracts or other agreements signed with American partners; Information about machines, software or other equipment tested or purchased in the United States, such as product manuals or catalogues.
5. The following documents may be helpful to your application: household registration book or other documents that can prove true kinship, photos taken with American relatives in recent years, copies of American passports or green cards of relatives, copies of passports of relatives who have stayed in the United States for a short time, and copies of American visas. If your last stay in the United States exceeds the date specified on the I-94 card at the time of entry, please show the original extension certificate approved by the US Department of Homeland Security during the interview.
Visa B 1 is issued to applicants who go to the United States for short-term business activities, including signing contracts through negotiation, attending exhibitions or conferences, short-term training or negotiating business with suppliers or customers. B2 visas are issued to applicants who travel to the United States, including sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends and medical treatment. Holders of B 1 and B2 visas cannot work in the United States.
Applicants for B 1 and B2 visas must be able to prove that their intention is only to enter the United States temporarily, only for tourism and/or short-term business activities. Applicants must also prove that they have sufficient funds to pay for their stay in the United States, and that they have strong social, economic and other ties in their home country, which can force them to return as scheduled after a short and legal visit to the United States.
