Water conservancy project completion acceptance procedures

1, the construction unit shall submit the following materials:

(1) application report for project completion acceptance (including project completion, inspection results of acceptance conditions, preparation of acceptance organization, suggested acceptance time, place and participating units);

(2) Project construction management work report;

(3) memorabilia of engineering construction;

(4) List of pending projects, list of unfinished projects, construction arrangement and construction period of unfinished projects, existing problems and solutions;

(5) Preliminary acceptance report;

(6) Completion Acceptance Certificate (draft);

(7) Engineering application and flood control scheme;

(eight) the project construction supervision work report;

(9) Engineering design work report;

(10) water conservancy and hydropower engineering quality evaluation report;

(1 1) project construction management work report;

(12) Special report on major technical issues;

(13) Project operation management preparation report;

(14) Report on compensation and resettlement for land requisition for engineering construction;

(15) project file self-inspection report;

(16) Audit report or audit opinion on final accounts of project completion

2. Examination and approval procedures: The water conservancy (water affairs) bureau will examine and approve and organize the acceptance.
