Persons who are engaged in heavy manual labor or other special jobs that are harmful to health as stipulated by the labor and social security departments, male under 40 years of age and female under 35 years of age, have worked in this post for three years, have a legal fixed residence, have signed labor contracts with enterprises and paid social insurance for more than two years, and can move their registered permanent residence into our city.

The legal representatives, natural person shareholders and self-employed persons of enterprises (including foreign-funded enterprises) registered in our city for five years, who have a legally fixed residence in our city, can apply for settlement for themselves, their spouses and 1 unmarried children with their business licenses, tax payment certificates for more than three years or relevant documents of government tax reduction or exemption.

If you buy a house in our city and obtain a real estate license, and the purchase area is more than 80 square meters (excluding 80 square meters), you can apply for an account for yourself, your spouse and 1 unmarried children; If the purchase area is more than 60 square meters (including 60 square meters) but less than 80 square meters (including 80 square meters), you can apply for an account of 1 person (yourself or your spouse or unmarried children).
