Where did ancient Chaoshan people come from today?

Most of chaozhou people's ancestors fled from the ancient Central Plains (namely, Henan, Hebei, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Shandong and other places) to Putian (now Putian City) in Fujian, and then moved to Chaoshan area.

Before the Eastern Jin Dynasty (Yongjia Du Nan), most of them were from Henan, and from the Eastern Jin Dynasty to the Northern Song Dynasty, most of them were from Fujian. After the Southern Song Dynasty (Du Nan), there are Chaoshan people now.
