Liang Qing Temple is located in Liangqinggu, northeast of Wachang Village in Taichung, about15km away from Taihuai Town. The temple is named after the famous Manjusri "Liang Qingshi". Today's temple is a new temple funded by Ms. Huang Huiqing of Hong Kong and rebuilt by Hu, a master of arts and crafts of Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau.

Zuoyun Liang Qing Temple is located at the foot of Tuopi Village, Wangpingxiang, the southern suburb of Datong City. The red walls and gray tiles are hidden in the pine forest, and the trees are shaded. It is the pure land of human practice. Liang Qing Temple, formerly known as Longwang Temple, was founded in the Qing Dynasty and has a history of thousands of years. During the Cultural Revolution, due to historical reasons, Liang Qing Temple was seriously damaged again. After the reform and opening up, in order to implement the religious policy and meet the needs of believers, the Datong municipal government approved the restoration of Liang Qing Temple with document No.44 1992. With the support of Tan Yue and relevant departments, Liang Qing Temple was rebuilt on 1993 for more than ten years. Today, Liang Qing Temple Dojo is solemn and elegant. The temple covers an area of about 20 mu, including the Dragon King, Guanyin, the God of Wealth, Notre Dame and Daxian. Later, a clean Buddhist chanting hall was expanded. The temple is blessed and sleeps on the side of the mountain. It is connected with Yungang Grottoes in the west and near the entrance of Ring Expressway in the south.
