The Canadian couple's reunion immigration was signed by the Canadian Embassy in Beijing. How soon can I receive my visa after I send my passport?

This is the DM2 visa.

Under normal circumstances, the embassy will send your passport two weeks after DM2. Just wait for the EMS call and your passport, visa and immigration documents at your mailing address.

Canadian immigration law stipulates that Canadian citizens and permanent residents above 18 can sponsor their close relatives to immigrate to Canada. The guarantor must sponsor the nearest relatives to go to Canada within 3 years to help them settle in Canada.

If you have the following relatives with Canadian permanent residents or citizens, you can apply for family reunion immigration:

A. the spouse of the guarantor;

B unmarried children (including adopted children) under the age of 22 between the application and visa of the guarantor; Or unmarried full-time students over the age of 22 (life depends entirely on their parents); Or children over the age of 22 with mental or physical defects;

Parents of the guarantor;

Grandparents of the guarantor;

E The brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, grandchildren, nephews and nieces of the guarantor are below 18;

F children under the age of 22 adopted by the guarantor.

From the above provisions, it can be found that permanent residents or citizens of Canada can apply for parents, spouses and children or unmarried couples. This kind of application focuses on the relative relationship between the applicant and Canada, so the scoring system is not suitable for this kind of application. For example, if you apply for a spouse and children, you only need to prove the immigration status of the applicant's spouse in Canada, and there is no income limit. Applicants only need to pass physical examination and good behavior records to obtain immigration status, while parents or unmarried couples who apply for sponsorship need sufficient income support.
