According to Yining's settlement regulations, Yining's new settlement policy clarifies the specific provisions for applying for settlement in Yining City, such as "having a legal occupation and residence, introducing talents, couples' refuge, parents' refuge with their children, children's refuge with their parents, college students' employment or investment, doing business, buying a house, applying for land acquisition, and family members joining the army", relaxing the access conditions and canceling various specific restrictions, such as: canceling the age limit for parents' refuge with their children and unmarried children's refuge with their parents and children.
