Is the international undergraduate degree of Jimei University in Xiamen the same as the general undergraduate degree?

Xiamen Jimei University, equivalent in international undergraduate degree.

Application conditions: non-China citizens who abide by the laws and regulations of China government, are in good health and hold valid foreign ordinary passports;

1. Residents of Chinese mainland, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province provinces who want to study in China as foreign students must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certificates for more than 4 years, and have a record of actually living abroad for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (before April 30 of the school year) (9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to entry and exit signatures).

2. China citizens who emigrate to foreign countries and join foreign nationalities can apply for a foreigner's residence permit and register as foreign students only after they are recognized as foreign nationalities by the entry-exit administration authorities.
