Coal Mine Production in Cuijiagou Coal Mine

Mine industrial square is located in Xingshuping, with production system, loading station line, auxiliary workshop, mining department and residential area. When the adit passes through the lower part of Songshan inclined shaft, it is connected with the+1320m horizontal roadway and the vertical coal bunker transportation system of Taohuadong and Cuijiagou inclined shaft, forming a series of transportation and ventilation for the whole shaft.

Cuijiagou inclined shaft develops two inclined shafts along the coal seam, and adopts slicing and mining. The length of the inclined shaft of the main shaft is 460m, with a slope of 9, and the length of the inclined shaft of the auxiliary shaft is 4 18m, with a slope of 8. Inclined shaft deepens with mining. In 1950s and 1970s, the main shaft lifted coal, and the auxiliary shaft provided feeding, pedestrians and return air. The main winch is a 1.6m double drum winch with a motor of 80kW, which is used for lifting gangue and lowering materials in series. In the 1980s, coal was discharged from adits.

Taohuadong inclined shaft develops two inclined shafts along the coal seam and mines in layers. The main inclined shaft is 900 meters long and the slope is 14. The auxiliary inclined shaft is 950 meters long and the slope is 10. The main winch is JTl600/ 1224 single drum winch, and the motor is 1 10 kW, which is responsible for discharging gangue and discharging materials in the Leek Valley mining area.

Xingshuping inclined shaft is an independent slicing inclined shaft. The length of the inclined shaft of the main auxiliary shaft is 900 meters, and the slopes are 13 and 10, respectively, to promote coal, gangue and materials, and the shaft will deepen with the deepening of the mining area. At 1985, the shaft extends to the level of+1050m. The main shaft and auxiliary shaft are 2m single drum winches, and the motors are 200kW and 3 10kW respectively. Underground alleys and stone gates are transported by one ton tram and 10 ton overhead locomotive. Train lifting, belt conveyor and chain conveyor are used to transport up and down the mountain and the middle lane respectively, and endless rope transportation has been used in some areas.

The mine adopts partition ventilation, and each auxiliary inclined shaft is equipped with a ventilator, which is responsible for the ventilation of this area. Because there are oil and gas in the roof and floor of coal seam, it is designated as a high biogas mine. Coal seam spontaneous combustion, the ignition period after mining is 36 months.

The mine power supply comes from Shidoupo 1 10 kV substation and Xiashi Street 35 kV substation. Each inclined shaft is equipped with a substation, which is responsible for the power supply in this area. The total capacity of mine equipment is 8999 kilowatts, and the maximum load is 3672 kilowatts. The ground air compressor station is equipped with four 32 cubic meters air compressors for wind power development.

The ground production system is equipped with screening, transshipment and landslide coal bunker. The coal bunker has a capacity of 3,500 tons, and the ground coal storage yard has a capacity of 1.8 million tons.

1958- 1990 cumulative raw coal output19145,000 tons, with an average annual output of 590,200 tons. From 1978, in the eight years, the output of 1983 and 1984 was about 900,000 tons, and the output of other six years exceeded 1 10,000 tons. The mine output reaches 1979 and 1980 to10.3 million tons.

The false roof of Jingba has reached 9 layers in thick coal seam slicing mining. It is unique in thick coal seam mining, roadway layout, layered false roof, fire prevention and extinguishing, kerosene gas mining technology and so on, which provides experience for thick coal seam mining.
