1954, the diversion canal was expanded, that is, the Yihe River discharged 1000 cubic meters per second at a flow rate of 6,000 cubic meters per second near Linyi City, and it also merged with the flow rate of Huangbai drainage ditch on the main slope 132 cubic meters per second and the flow rate of 78 cubic meters per second from Zhucun to Dashao drainage ditch. When the flood in Linyi City is 8500-9200 cubic meters per second, the corresponding flood diversion amounts are 1565 and 1730 cubic meters per second into the Shuhe River. Shit! After the water diversion project 1956 was expanded into Shu waterway, 14 diverted the flood. When Linyi 1957 flood peak 15400 cubic meters per second, the maximum flood diversion flow is 3 180 cubic meters per second, which meets the design requirements.
Jiangfengkou flood diversion gate and Picang flood diversion channel
Jiangfengkou, also known as Wuhekou, is the water inlet for diverting water from Yi in Qing Dynasty. There were stone dams and stone wraps in Qianlong period, which were abandoned in the Republic of China. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, the estuary was unable to control the flood diversion flow, which harmed Picang area. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Jiangfengkou flood diversion gate was built in 1954 to alleviate the 800,000 mu flood disaster in Cangxian, ensure the flood safety below Li Jiazhuang in yi river and reduce the flood threat of Longhai Railway. Picang spillway, also known as Wuhe spillway, is the spillway under Jiangfeng sluice. Part of it is the original five-river channel, and part is the newly excavated channel. It flows through Linyi, Tancheng and Cangshan counties, enters Jiangsu in the west of Xu Qiao Village in Cangshan County, and joins the Central Canal in Liulinzhuang. By the end of 1985, the state had invested 7.76 million yuan to complete 5.6 million cubic meters of earthwork and 4.37 million man-days, and the flood discharge capacity reached 3,000 cubic meters per second. This river has not been flooded since 1974, and the people are paralyzed. They dig dikes to borrow soil, steal materials and grab culvert equipment, and plant trees to dam water, which will cause hidden dangers of flood diversion.
Extension project of water diversion channel into Shu
It is a part of the flood diversion project of Dongyishu River. Yishu River flood diversion project is to introduce Yishu River flood into Shuzhong waterway, and Xinshu River flows eastward into the sea. The project includes: introducing the waterway in the middle of Shu and expanding the new Shu River; Liudaokou Turnover Project of Yihe River (consisting of Liudaokou control sluice, Pengdaokou flood diversion sluice, power station and drainage culvert); Shuhe Daguanzhuang Hub (composed of Shuhe People's Victory Weir Control Gate, Xinshuhe Flood Discharge Gate and Power Station); Re-embankment, risk protection, seepage interception, irrigation works, main drainage works and ancillary works in the backwater section of Yishu River. The Yishu River flood diversion project started in 197 1 year1month, and 560,000 migrant workers from 9 counties (cities) in Linyi area, provinces and Linyi areas and the Nansihu Water Conservancy Project Construction and Installation Team participated in the construction. 19 reached 19865438 after the station was built. Pengdaokou flood diversion sluice and Xinshuhe flood discharge sluice have been completed, and the diversion open channel expansion, Xinshuhe expansion and main drainage projects have been completed.
