I live in Los Angeles. Which one is better, San Gabriel, more livable, or Alhambra, which one is safer?

American cities have very good security, so what you have to consider is the environment and humanities:

Alhambra is located about 9 miles (15 kilometers) east of downtown Los Angeles, USA. It is the city with the second largest Chinese immigrant population in Los Angeles County, which has 88 cities. Both places are cities with a large number of Chinese immigrants. Personally, I like San Gabriel, a small city that is more comfortable to live in.
