Our company has to pay the principal and interest of the foreign debt loan (foreign payment), and the bank needs the approval of the safe, so what information should I bring to the safe?

According to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Preparing to Submit Foreign-related Income and Expenditure of Domestic Banks and Relevant Information (Huifa [2011] No.49), the specific requirements for filing foreign-related income and expenditure of domestic banks are hereby specified as follows:

1. Vouchers shall be filed in principle in accordance with the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Issuing the Provisions on the Administration of Foreign-related Income and Expenditure of Domestic Banks (Huifa [2004] No.45) and the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Regulating the Printing of Foreign-related Income and Expenditure of Domestic Banks (Huifa [2004] No.65).

Second, policy banks and national commercial banks should file relevant foreign-related receipts and payments with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange by their head offices, and their branches need not file relevant foreign-related receipts and payments with the local branches of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the foreign exchange administration department (hereinafter referred to as the local foreign exchange administration).

Three, city commercial banks, rural commercial banks, rural cooperative banks, urban credit cooperatives, rural credit cooperatives, rural banks and other local banks and foreign banks (foreign-funded commercial banks, Sino-foreign joint venture commercial banks, branches of foreign commercial banks) by their legal persons (the domestic lead bank of a branch of a foreign commercial bank is regarded as a legal person) to the local foreign exchange bureau for the record. The local foreign exchange bureau is responsible for filing the documents related to foreign-related receipts and payments, and the branches and foreign exchange administrations of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (hereinafter referred to as branches) do not need to summarize them again and submit them to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

Four. All branches shall urge domestic banks within their jurisdiction to complete the filing of new vouchers a few days ago, and summarize the filing situation within their jurisdiction a few days ago, fill in the Filing Document Form of the Head Office of Domestic Banks (see annex), and send it to the Balance of Payments Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (e-mail: stat@bop.safe). From May 20 12, all branches shall fill in the Record Form of Domestic Bank Head Office Vouchers within five working days after each month and send it to the Balance of Payments Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (no new information is needed). The balance of payments department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange will publish the record of bank head office vouchers on the information portal website of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for all branches and foreign exchange management departments to inquire.

Five, after receiving this notice, each branch shall promptly forward it to the central branch, branch and bank. If the previous provisions are inconsistent with the contents of this notice, this notice shall prevail.

Six, in case of problems in the implementation, please timely feedback to the balance of payments department of the State Administration of foreign exchange.
