You are from China. You know, our marriage law does not recognize LES. Marriage can only be registered in countries that can recognize LES. You can open a single certificate in China and notarize it, and register it in the country where your spouse is going to get married. Of course, you need a visa to go to this country (you need to get it yourself in some form)!
