For the buildings reserved in the plan, the maintenance and reinforcement of houses, improvement of supporting facilities, comprehensive environmental improvement and energy-saving renovation of buildings are mainly carried out. Attach importance to the traditional features of the city and protect historical and cultural blocks, historical buildings and immovable cultural relics.

III. Objectives and tasks

From 218, it is planned to basically complete the transformation of 963 households (including 32 forestry stations) and 96,3 square meters of urban shanty towns in three years, strive to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and towns, promote economic growth and social harmony, effectively stimulate investment and consumption demand, promote the development of related industries, and promote the new urbanization construction with people as the center. the land for housing in shantytown renovation and resettlement should be given priority in the land supply plan. (2) Resettlement compensation policy

The shantytown renovation combines physical resettlement with monetary compensation, and the shantytown residents choose voluntarily. According to the relevant provisions of the state, formulate specific resettlement compensation measures, prohibit forced demolition and relocation, and safeguard the legitimate interests of the people according to law. For shanty town residents who have financial difficulties and can't afford to buy resettlement housing, they can meet their basic living needs by providing rental affordable housing, or they can be integrated into the local housing security system to make overall plans under the conditions of complying with relevant policies and regulations.

(3) Financial support policies

For shantytown renovation projects, various administrative fees and government funds such as supporting fees for urban infrastructure are exempted. We will implement preferential tax policies for shantytown renovation and resettlement housing, and enterprises such as electric power, communications and municipal utilities will give support to shantytown renovation, and appropriately reduce or exempt operating fees such as network access and pipe network capacity expansion.

V. Safeguards

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership. The county government set up a leading group for shantytown renovation, which is specifically responsible for organizing, guiding and coordinating the implementation of shantytown renovation projects. Relevant departments should fully understand the importance and urgency of doing a good job in shantytown renovation, earnestly strengthen leadership, carefully organize implementation, and earnestly implement it.

(4) Strengthen the implementation of responsibilities. The transformation of shanty towns has strong policy and public welfare.

The transformation of shanty towns is regarded as an important livelihood project, and the target responsibility system management is strictly implemented. County development and reform, finance, land and resources, housing construction and other departments should be in accordance with their respective responsibilities, * * * to do a good job in related work. County Housing and Construction Bureau is responsible for the preparation of the overall planning and annual plan for shantytown renovation, and is responsible for the detailed planning of each shantytown renovation project. County Bureau of Land and Resources shall, in accordance with the requirements of shantytown renovation planning, do a good job in land consolidation, requisition, bidding, auction and hanging in shantytown renovation.
