Why do immigrants from all over the world go to four provinces first?

Immigrants awakened by the world must go to four provinces first because of preconditions. The process is as follows.

1. After opening the Universal Awakening mobile game, slide in two directions to reduce the map.

2. After the map is reduced, click the Earth-like icon in the lower right corner.

3. After entering the kingdom interface, click the kingdom that needs immigration.

4. Choose the option of rear immigration.

5. After clicking, you can see the conditions that immigrants need. Click the immigration option below to order immigration through immigration.
