Procedure for handling overseas labor services

Application indicators: The employer (foreign enterprise) shall apply to the local The relevant government department (Immigration Bureau or Labor Bureau) submits an application.

Signing a contract: After the employer (foreign enterprise) obtains a valid approval document from the local government agreeing to import foreign workers, it needs to provide the following information to negotiate with our labor service company and sign a labor cooperation contract. (The labor service contract template is provided by our labor service company for reference). The information the employer needs to provide is:

Copy of the local government’s approval letter for importing foreign workers;

(2)

< p>Copy of the employer's (foreign enterprise) business license;

(3)

The employer (foreign enterprise) signed a labor contract with our labor service company

The employer (foreign company) provides a recruitment brochure.

Recruiting labor: Recruiting labor (technical) personnel can be directly recruited by the employer, or the employer can entrust our labor service company to recruit.

Overseas training: The labor service company will provide training to the recruited labor service (technical) personnel.

Applying for approval documents to go abroad: The labor service company is responsible for submitting to the relevant Chinese government departments to issue approval documents for labor (technical) personnel to work abroad.

6.

Going through the procedures for going abroad: The labor (technical) personnel will provide relevant information (ID card, physical examination form, relevant certificates, photos, etc.) to handle the procedures for going abroad.

7.

Applying for overseas passports: The labor service company is responsible for reporting to the relevant departments of the Chinese government to issue exit passports for labor (technical) personnel.

8.

Applying for overseas visas: Under normal circumstances, the employer is responsible for applying for overseas visas for labor (technical) personnel, or assisting labor service companies in obtaining visas for the exporting country.
