(1) Candidates from other ethnic minorities except the Hui nationality (subject to household registration, and subject to the audit results of the local religious affairs bureau if the ethnic composition changes);
(2) Returned overseas Chinese, children of returned overseas Chinese and candidates from Taiwan Province Province (subject to the original certificate issued by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the autonomous region);
(3) Self-employed retired soldiers (the original self-employed certificate issued by the army and the local civil affairs department shall prevail).
44. Candidates who meet one of the following conditions can add 20 points to provide files on the basis of the total score of their unified examination results, and the university will decide whether to accept them:
(1) Hui nationality (subject to household registration, and subject to the audit results of local ethnic and religious affairs bureau if there is any change in ethnic composition);
(2) Retired soldiers who have won second-class merit (including second-class merit) or been awarded honorary titles by units above the military region (including) (with the original certificate of meritorious service and the original certificate issued by the examination and approval authority of the meritorious service unit);
(3) Children of martyrs (the original certificate issued by the civil affairs department at or above the county level is required, and the original certificate issued by the Political Work Department of Ningxia Military Region is the audit basis).
45. Mountain Han candidates who have registered in Guyuan City (including Yuanzhou District, Xiji County, Longde County, Jingyuan County and Pengyang County), Hongsibao District, Yanchi County, Tongxin County and Haiyuan County (hereinafter referred to as "Mountain Area") and are educated in mountain schools (including Liupanshan Senior Middle School in Ningxia and Yucai Middle School in Ningxia) and other minority schools other than the Hui people in the mountain area.
46. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, candidates who originally belonged to the above-mentioned mountainous counties (districts) and whose household registration is in Shoushui, Xingren, Xu Tao and Haochuan townships (towns) may refer to the provisions of Article 45. Children of policy immigrants whose household registration is moved from mountainous areas to Sichuan counties (cities, districts) shall be counted from May 3 1 day of the year when they and their guardians moved to Sichuan.
Those who sign up for the college entrance examination within six years (including that year) may refer to the provisions of Article 45. The identification of the candidates' identity and relocation time of immigrant children shall be based on the certificate issued by the poverty alleviation (immigration) department of the county (city, district) where they moved in according to the electronic roster of relocated immigrants.
