According to the Notice of Henan Province on Implementing Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Taking the Entrance Examination for Migrant Workers' Children after Compulsory Education, if migrant workers' children from other provinces are employed in Henan Province, one of their parents must have a legal occupation and a stable residence, and the fresh graduates of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools must have the official status of their schools before they can take the college entrance examination.

Registration procedure: Candidates must provide their ID card, household registration book, academic level examination admission ticket, as well as one parent's ID card, household registration book, local household registration and employment certificate.

Henan college entrance examination needs to meet three-year household registration. According to the relevant public information, students must meet the following three conditions.

1, which meets the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2022.

2. I have a local household registration in the implementation area for more than 3 years, and my father or mother or legal guardian has a local household registration.

3. I have been studying in the county high school where my hukou is located for 3 consecutive years, and I actually attended it.

The following persons shall not be registered:

The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall determine the specific conditions for migrant workers to take the entrance examination in the local area according to the urban functional orientation, industrial structure layout and urban resource carrying capacity, and according to the number of years that migrant workers have legally stable jobs and legally stable residences (including leases), have participated in social insurance in accordance with state regulations, and the number of years that migrant workers' children have continuously studied in the local area. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, in principle, introduce the entrance examination scheme for migrant children before the end of 20 12.

Beijing, Shanghai and other areas with concentrated population inflows should further find out the base number, grasp the changes of non-local registered population and the schooling situation of migrant workers' children, promptly establish and improve the management system for migrant workers, and formulate the entrance examination plan for migrant workers' children.
