Who knows something about Quakerism?

It is a sect of Christianity, not Quakerism but Quakerism, also known as Quakers or Friends, and a sect of Protestant Christianity. The sect was founded in the 17th century. Its founder was George Fox. It was named QUAKER because of the admonition of an early leader to "tremble when you hear the words of God." The Chinese free translation is "trembling one" and is transliterated as Quaker. This sect opposes any form of war and violence. It does not respect anyone or ask others to respect itself. It does not swear oaths. It advocates that everyone should be like brothers and advocates pacifism and religious freedom. Quakers were persecuted by the British government and immigrated to America with the Puritans. However, they were persecuted by the Puritans again. A large number of Quakers fled Massachusetts and settled in places such as Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. The church was staunchly opposed to slavery and played an important role in the abolitionist movement before and after the American Civil War. Quakers have developed some very progressive ideas throughout history, some of which are now widely accepted.
