Ningxia college entrance examination registration qualification

In order to meet the needs of economic and social development in our region, help to innovate the economic development environment in our region, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and create a fair and just enrollment environment, these provisions are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities and the several provisions on the management of household registration and student status in the enrollment conditions of ordinary colleges and universities in Ningxia (Ning Admissions [2004] No.01).

Article 1 Candidates applying for Ningxia must meet one of the following conditions in addition to the conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Education:

(a) candidates and their parents (or other legal guardians) have a permanent residence in Ningxia for more than 3 years (including 3 years, from the date of registration deadline), and have a legal fixed residence. Candidates have a high school status in Ningxia and have completed the prescribed academic system in Ningxia school;

(2) Candidates and their parents (or other legal guardians) have permanent residence in Ningxia for more than 6 years (including 6 years, counting from the deadline for registration) and have a legal fixed residence. Candidates borrowed from outside the district in high school and went through the registration procedures according to relevant regulations;

(3) Candidates have a permanent residence in Ningxia 12 years or more (including 12 years, counting from the date of registration deadline), and their primary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools are all in Ningxia, and they have completed the prescribed academic system in Ningxia schools;

(4) Candidates have a permanent residence in Ningxia for more than 2 years (including 2 years, counting from the date of registration deadline) and are over 25 years old (including 25 years old, counting from the date of registration deadline);

(5) Candidates have permanent residence in Ningxia, and their parents (or other legal guardians) are personnel who have been transferred to work in party and government organs and institutions in our district with the approval of the administrative department of organization, personnel and labor, or high-level talents who have been introduced according to the provisions of documentNo. [200 1]20 of Ningdang Zhengfa;

(6) Children of persons who have been investing and doing business in Nanjing for more than 2 years (including 2 years, counting from the registration deadline), who have invested more than 2 million yuan (including 2 million yuan) in various fixed assets or paid more than 654.38+million yuan (including 654.38+million yuan, counting from the registration deadline) in recent 2 years.

Children of people who have invested in business in Nanjing for more than 3 years (including 3 years, counting from the registration deadline), invested in various fixed assets of more than 6.5438+0 million yuan (including 6.5438+0 million yuan) or paid various taxes of more than 50,000 yuan (including 50,000 yuan, counting from the registration deadline) in recent 3 years have permanent residence in Ningxia.

Article 2 The registration procedures in these Provisions shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Registration of Foreign Students and Children of Investment and Business Personnel in Nanjing to Participate in the College Entrance Examination in Nanjing (Annex 2 of No.0/KLOC-0 [2004] of Ning Zhaowei).

Article 3 Candidates who engage in malpractices for personal gain in household registration, investment, tax payment, student status, archives and registration for the purpose of entering a higher school will be given the treatment of canceling their registration qualification, examination qualification, admission qualification and university student status respectively, and the relevant departments (units) shall promptly investigate the responsibilities of the relevant personnel and deal with them severely in accordance with relevant regulations; Those who violate the law shall be promptly handed over to the judicial department for handling.
