How do refugees return to China?

According to the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Law and regulations, Canadian refugee status cannot return to China or leave Canada, because the passport has been handed in when applying for Canadian refugees. When applying for refugee status at the same time, "fear of returning to China" is the main application condition. Returning to China means giving up refugee status.
