What are the requirements for emigrating to China?

Legal Analysis: Foreigners or stateless persons who meet one of the following conditions can immigrate to China:

1. If you have made outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of China, you can obtain permanent resident status.

2. Close relatives of China people.

3. Settle in China.

Legal basis:

Article 47 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration, foreigners who have made outstanding contributions to China's economic and social development or meet other conditions for permanent residence in China may obtain permanent residence upon their own application and approval by the Ministry of Public Security. Measures for the examination and approval of foreigners' permanent residence in China shall be formulated by the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly with relevant departments of the State Council.

Article 48 Foreigners who have obtained permanent residence status shall reside and work in China with their permanent residence certificates, and enter and leave the country with their passports and permanent residence certificates.

Article 49 If a foreigner has any of the following circumstances, the Ministry of Public Security shall decide to cancel his permanent residence in China: (1) It has caused harm to China's national security and interests; (2) Being deported; (3) Obtaining the right of permanent residence in China by deception; (four) residence in China has not reached the prescribed time limit; (five) other circumstances that are not suitable for permanent residence in China.

Close relatives of China people; Second, settle in China; 3. There are other legitimate reasons.
