Recently, I can't help but say that our school is engaged in the related matters of graduates going to teach in the west recently, and I have some opinions on this. First of all, why do we go to the west? So, what are we doing in the west? Finally, I want to talk about educational equity. If you think the article is a bit long, I suggest reading only the third part, which I want to discuss with you most.

Part I: Why should we go to the west?

I don't know how long the country has been developing the western region, but I have been talking about this issue recently. We all know that the development of the east and the west is unbalanced. However, I think that the development of the western region is not only to achieve common prosperity, but more importantly, it can further accelerate the economic development of China and the scientific and technological development of China. The west is a rich land, and a large number of high-quality resources are still sleeping outside people's consciousness. The environment can be changed, and the west may really become a fascinating paradise one day.

But we still know that the west is backward, so we should develop the west, otherwise the east will become the development goal of the government, and of course the east has been developing rapidly.

Strange phenomena always happen to people, and people always like relatively beautiful things. How can I put it? We all know China's traditional golden mean, but as far as the development of the east and the west is concerned, in the past few years, the country seems to have focused on the development of these commercial cities in the east and neglected the development of the west. For the development of a country, it is like a wooden bucket filled with water. The height of water is determined by the shortest sawdust, but this metaphor is not so exact. After all, the overall development of China is forward. But we must see that this only refers to economic development and all-round economic development. At this time, the imbalance of things has also caused a huge gap. What we should see more is other aspects, that is, the political aspect, that is, the problem of people, that is, the problem of psychological gap, that is, the problem of regional discrimination and discrimination, that is, the problem of social instability, which is a serious problem. Since the west is a part of China's territory, the China government must develop the west well, agreeing that it is to achieve prosperity and realize the great ideal of capitalism. To put it bluntly, the development of the western region is only for the political stability of China, and the development of the western region is for people to support the * * * production party more. Of course, we still believe that the purpose of China's western development is to realize the prosperity of all the people.

Development needs talents, which is why we go to the west. To be exact, this is why the country lets people go to the west. We are talents, and we can also cultivate talents. What is important in the western development is not the input of talents, but the cultivation of talents. For individuals, this is only an external reason or an objective reason, so what is the subjective reason? Of course, this varies from person to person, but I think it is mainly the following: First, support the national policy, that is, resolutely respond to the party's call, and the China * * * production party needs such people; Second, because of their sense of mission, they regard the affairs of the country as their own affairs and the development of the western region as a major event. Such people are responsible people and can make great contributions to the development of the country in the future; Third, in order to realize the dream, this is not fabrication. In China, it is true that some people regard supporting the West as their lifelong ideal, not for any big slogan, but to realize their dreams. We should respect such people; Fourth, for their own interests, they are people who have the foresight to see the prospect of developing the western region. They devoted themselves to the construction, development and scientific research in the western region, and gained greater development space. They succeeded, became famous and became the owners of assets. This is most people, but also excellent people. They are not selfish people, and their actions will eventually add luster to the construction of the west. Fifth, in order to gain benefits from it, for this reason, support the people in the west for the preferential policies of the country, so that they can have a good future. Such people are leakers, speculators and swindlers of the country. They went to the west only for a good reputation. They just muddle along and should be despised by us. Such people should be spurned by us. Such people are not good for local development at all.

The subjective and objective reasons have been mentioned above, and here I want to talk about the economic transformation in the western region. The western region has always been regarded as a resource warehouse by the state. I think this is absolutely far-sighted, although it will make the national economy grow rapidly in the short term. The development of a region cannot rely solely on the sale of heavy industry and resources. The development of a region depends on science and technology, tertiary industry and industries that live in harmony with nature. Otherwise, the world will be a vast desert. Facing the lonely smoke in the desert, will there be infinite poetry in our hearts? I don't know much about geography, but I always think that forests are always better than deserts. The western economy needs to be transformed, and it is urgent.

The second part: What do we do in the West?

A little ambiguous. This sentence can be understood as a question or a rhetorical question. Of course, the rhetorical question has been mentioned above, so this paper discusses rhetorical questions.

What shall we do in the west? The problem seems too simple. No matter what we do, it looks the same everywhere, but there are always priorities. Every problem has its key aspects. The same is true of the development of the western region. I think there are several key points: education, economic transformation and scientific and technological development.

Let's start with education. Obviously, now is the knowledge age. With knowledge, it is possible to have everything and lead the world, so education is extremely important everywhere. The establishment of schools is one thing, and the allocation of teachers is another. Supporting college students and doing their part for western education should be great for the development of the western region. Of course, the establishment of schools is a national problem, an industrialist problem and a problem for all the people in China, so I won't talk about it here.

Economic transformation. It seems that this task is quite arduous for people who support the west, but the general direction is set by the state, and the small aspects depend on the efforts of each of us. I mean, we must work hard and create miracles in our posts. Economic transformation, from high energy consumption to energy consumption, from high pollution to zero emission, from extensive to intensive, from physical to intelligent. There are still many things that we need to do. In the face of such a big task of economic transformation, we must go forward bravely.

The development of science and technology seems to be an aspect of economic transformation, precisely because it is very important. What can we do in this regard? Of course, our creativity is essential, and then there is the question of individual will quality. But what we should pay attention to is that our technology must be practical. The so-called practicality is to speed up the development as much as possible, instead of creating some useless things, which are just scrap iron. In addition, it must be suitable for the development of the western region, and the method of moving eastward and westward is not feasible.

Part III Education Equity

When it comes to western education, it will naturally be associated with the fairness of education. There is a big gap in education between the East and the West, and now I want to talk about more than just things.

When it comes to education equity, we will immediately think of the college entrance examination. There are so many differences in admission scores in different places that countless candidates complain about the unfairness of education. So private schools appeared, and college entrance examination immigrants appeared. Let's take a look at the unfair education around us.

I think there are two main reasons for the emergence of private schools: one is the pressure of the college entrance examination, and the other is the psychological superiority of the rich. The college entrance examination is getting harder and more stressful every year. Most parents certainly hope that their children can do well in the college entrance examination, even if they spend more money. Private schools are often very tight and strict. After all, they have to pay high tuition fees paid by their parents, and the enrollment rate is often high. As for the psychology of the rich, of course, I hope that my children can make good friends when they get good grades. They don't want their children to mix with the children of the poor. Of course, this idea is quite narrow, but there are indeed many people who have this idea. It should also be pointed out that aristocratic schools, because they are relatively few, will not be mentioned.

Key high schools are another unfair phenomenon in education. Non-key high schools are far behind key high schools in terms of teacher equipment, learning environment, software and hardware facilities. The obvious reason is that the college entrance examination is stressful. Good students and high enrollment rate, the focus is always the focus, can you say this is a virtuous circle? But it's true. In fact, the state has also played a very important role. In order to have more high-quality talents, the state has invested heavily in building key schools. There are not only high schools here, but also universities, junior high schools, primary schools and even kindergartens. While cultivating high-quality talents, I feel that the economy related to education has taken off.

As a result, the phenomenon of educational corruption appeared. Of course, it's not just a question of choosing a school, but also a question of class fees. Bribing teachers, bribing admissions offices and related households. There are many good students who can't go to the school they should go to, and many excellent students can't get the rewards they deserve.

The gap between urban and rural areas is also reflected in education. Magnificent teaching buildings and dilapidated bungalows, high-quality blackboards and creaking tables and chairs, high-level teachers and principals and class teachers, the huge gap reflects the huge educational unfairness. So unfair, how can China develop and people get rich?

Indiscriminate embezzlement of education funds and backward ideas in rural areas. There are many unfairness in education. I don't think we have any intention of enumerating unfair phenomena. Finding a solution through thinking is the most important thing! What the hell should we do? This is not just a national problem. Every citizen of China should think about this issue.

First of all, the economy is the key issue, and I think it is very important to develop the education economy. Some people say that the purpose of developing education is to develop the economy. In fact, education and economy are interdependent. What kind of economy creates what kind of education, and the corresponding education level will react to the economic development. In fact, there is no question of who is the foundation. Education is inseparable from the economy, and the economy is inseparable from education. Then why is economic development the key? In fact, we can see that those areas with underdeveloped education are also economically underdeveloped areas. How can people engage in educational activities when they don't even have enough to eat? No matter how hard you suffer, you can't suffer children, and no matter how poor you are, you can't be poor in education. This sentence seems to be correct, but it is actually one-sided. Education develops with the development of economy. There can be no high-quality education in poor areas, just as there can be no inferior education in developed areas, and vice versa. Matching the backward agriculture, only family-style words and deeds, oral teaching. Therefore, to develop education, it is necessary to upgrade the economy, and there is room for economic upgrading because there are many economically developed areas, and both of them belong to China and can communicate freely. Introduce talents, agricultural talents, professional talents and educational talents, build high-tech facilities and beautiful school buildings, and realize the simultaneous development of economy and education. Only in this way can backward areas develop well. The same applies to the west, because the west is relatively backward anyway.

Then there are political issues. That is, how the government establishes a better education system, how to fully convey the education policy to governments at all levels and strictly implement it. On the issue of the education system, I think the country should be unified, that is, the treatment of state-owned educators throughout the country should be unified. Of course, economic factors are extremely important. What we are talking about here is a process, a process of gradual unification. Although it is synchronous, it needs to be faster. In order to attract more excellent teachers to work in underdeveloped areas. The transfer of policies and the use of special funds are a big problem, and how to prevent corruption in the process is a major task. I think it is necessary to establish a mass supervision system, and it is also necessary for government officials to give regular education and guidance. It should be pointed out that the education guidance here is not only to learn the party's principles and policies, but to cultivate the good personal qualities of these government officials. I don't think a person of good quality will take bribes.

The thoughts of the whole people are equally important. Just imagine, if the whole people worship money, what's the point of talking about education? Anyone who has studied psychology or management knows Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and the only way to change this hierarchy is to change his own values. Therefore, I think education should be regarded as a part of the values of the whole people, and education should be placed in a higher position in the hearts of the people. This refers not only to people who live well in cities, but also to people in economically underdeveloped areas and people from all over China. Religion has great power. If education is regarded as a religion and everyone worships it and studies with endless devotion and enthusiasm, what kind of situation will it be? Of course, that has reached the other extreme and is quite harmful. But that's better than everyone staring at the money.

The above three points are aimed at developing the education level in underdeveloped areas. Now let's talk about the college entrance examination. American educators admire China's college entrance examination and think it has extraordinary magic. In my opinion, the only advantage of this magic is that every China student's basic knowledge is solid, and other parts have no advantages. So if you really want to get rid of the mountain of college entrance examination, the only way is to find another way to let students continue to study basic skills hard, and at the same time, because there is no pressure, they can use other energy to further develop their creativity. And I think the only way is to improve the values of the whole people. If students have the need for self-study, they will certainly study effectively, and what they need at this time is the trust of the whole society. In addition, China needs to strengthen the construction of specialized schools. Of course, the popularization of universities is also a long way to go.

The above is just my opinion. I'm not a prominent figure, and I don't have much appeal. Maybe my point of view can't be shared by some people, but I think the key is that I think, and the key is that you also think. If we all think about it, society will naturally change. The unfairness of western development and education is not only a national problem, but a problem that every China citizen should think about! This is an important question.
