Prepare all materials (including academic degree certificate, scientific research data, professional and technical title certificate, academic certificate, age certificate, nationality certificate, medical certificate, etc.). ) required by professional skilled immigrants and notarized by the notary office; 5. Submit the completed form and the corresponding documents and materials to the relevant embassy (consulate) in China or the entry-exit administration; Sixth, wait for approval, and then go for an interview or start processing passports and visas after receiving formal written notice.

Legal basis: Measures of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Issuing Ordinary Passports and Entry-Exit Passes Article 4 When applying for ordinary passports, citizens shall submit them to the entry-exit administration department of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level where their household registration is located, and submit the following authentic and valid materials:

(4) State functionaries shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, submit the certificate that their unit or the competent unit at a higher level has approved to leave the country in accordance with the personnel management authority;

(5) Other materials required by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ of the provincial local people's government after being approved by the exit-entry administration department of the Ministry of Public Security.

Servicemen applying for ordinary passports shall, after completing the examination and approval procedures in accordance with the administrative authority, submit them to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level where the troops are located.
