(two) for the planning of small reservoirs whose preliminary design has been approved by the city and state, all the design results of the feasibility study and preliminary design stage should be submitted together (including 1 set of all special reports and 2 sets of approval documents). After approval, the provincial development and reform commission and the provincial water resources department will issue the approval documents and review opinions of each design stage at one time.

(3) For planned small reservoirs whose feasibility study report has been approved by the city and state, when applying for preliminary design, all the design achievement data in the feasibility study stage should be submitted together (including 1 set of all special reports and 2 sets of approval documents). After approval, the provincial development and reform commission and the provincial water resources department will issue the approval documents and review opinions of each design stage at one time.

(4) The Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Water Resources Department entrusted Guizhou Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute and Guiyang Institute of Zhongshui Consulting Group to organize the preliminary work review of planning small reservoir projects.
