I. Shenzhen Baoan International Airport

Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, located in Baoan District, Shenzhen City, China, on the east bank of the Pearl River Estuary, with geographical coordinates of113 49 east and 22 36 north, is a 4F-class civil transport airport, one of the top 100 airports in the world, one of the national 12 trunk airports, and one of the four national air cargo centers and express distribution centers.

Shenzhen Airport officially opened in June 199 1 10. On 2001September 18, Shenzhen Huangtian International Airport was officially renamed as Shenzhen Baoan International Airport. On June 5, 2006, the expansion project of the flight area was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. 2011On July 26th, the second runway of Shenzhen Airport was officially opened.

Second, Shenzhen Nantou Heliport

Shenzhen Nantou Airport/Shenzhen (CITIC) Offshore Heliport is located at the junction of Nanhai Avenue and Beihuan Avenue in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It has a runway 669 meters long by 25 feet wide, and the runway number is 1 1/29. The linear distance from Shenzhen Baoan International Airport is about 15 km, and the runway directions of the two airports intersect.

Nantou Airport and Baoan Airport are located in the same controlled airspace. Because the runway extension route of 1 1 crosses the runway glide slope of Baoan Airport 33, the aircraft entering and leaving Nantou Airport must pay attention to observation and strictly obey the control command to prevent dangerous approach and collision in the air.

Nantou Airport has independent console and tower seats. The call sign of the tower is "Nantou", which is responsible for airport release, ground, take-off and landing, and VFR flight access. IFR flights at Nantou Airport need permission to approach Zhuhai.
