First, do you need your parents' marriage certificate to do birth notarization?

Birth notarization is mainly used for the parties to handle immigration, study abroad, job hunting, property inheritance and naturalization procedures. The parties concerned shall apply to the foreign-related notary office of their domicile or birthplace for birth notarization. A party who has been abroad shall apply to the notary office of his last residence in China.
Materials to be submitted:
1. Identity card and household registration book of the party concerned.
2. Birth certificate or certificate issued by the hospital according to the records of birth files.
3. The birth certificate issued by the personnel department of the unit where the party belongs. Unemployed, resigned or unemployed, the file storage department or the sub-district office shall issue a certificate, and the students in the school shall issue a certificate by their school.
4. 2-3 recent bareheaded photos.
Second, the documents needed for marriage
According to Article 5 of the Regulations on the Administration of Marriage Registration, there are four situations.
1. Mainland residents shall present the following documents and supporting materials when handling marriage registration: (1) my household registration book and ID card; (2) A signed statement that I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship with the other party and collateral blood relationship within three generations.
2. Hong Kong residents, Macao residents and Taiwan Province residents should produce the following documents and supporting materials when registering for marriage: (1) my valid passport and ID card; (2) A statement notarized by the notary office of the place of residence that I have no spouse and no lineal blood relationship with the other party and collateral blood relationship within three generations.
3. Overseas Chinese who register for marriage shall present the following documents and supporting materials: (1) my valid passport; (2) A certificate issued by the notary office or the competent authority of the country of residence and certified by the people's Republic of China and the embassy (consulate) of China in that country that I have no spouse and no lineal blood relationship with the other party and collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a certificate issued by the people's Republic of China and the embassy (consulate) of China in that country that I have no spouse and no lineal blood relationship with the other party and collateral blood relationship within three generations.
4. Foreigners who register for marriage shall present the following documents and supporting materials: (1) their valid passports or other valid international travel documents; (2) A certificate issued by the notary office or competent authority of the host country, which has been certified by People's Republic of China (PRC) and Chinese embassies (consulates) in that country or by Chinese embassies (consulates) in that country, or a certificate issued by Chinese embassies (consulates) in that country that I have no spouse.
Third, the account migration process
After marriage registration, household registration migration is also divided into migration outside the province and migration within the province. Inter-provincial population migration includes three processes. 1. Go to the police station where the woman's household registration is located to issue a household registration certificate, and her marital status is changed to married. 2. Bring the marriage certificate, ID card, household registration book and family planning certificate of both parties to the man's police station to fill in the household application. 3. The woman needs to change her ID card address when she settles in the place where the man's household registration is located. That is, re-apply for an ID card.
Immigrants outside the province are divided into six processes.
1, you need to hold the woman's household registration book and marriage certificate to change the woman's marital status.
2. Relocate to the man's police station in registered permanent residence with the man's household registration book, marriage certificate, ID card and the woman's household registration certificate, and the village committee certificate where the man's household registration is located.
3. Need the approval of the county public security bureau.
4. After the approval, you need to take the certificate of residence permit to the police station where the woman's household registration is located to open a residence permit.
5. Take the man's household registration book and the woman's household registration certificate to the police station where the man's household registration is located.
6. After the successful settlement, the woman needs to apply for an ID card again.
