Lizhuang Reservoir, namely Lizhuang Reservoir, is a major water-saving and water-supply project designated by the State Council 172, and also included in 27 projects to be started this year. It is the only large-scale reservoir planned and constructed in Shandong Province in the past 30 years, and it is listed in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Shandong Province. The reservoir is located in the river-crossing area in the east of the South Fourth Lake in Tengzhou City and Shanting City. The dam site of the reservoir is located in Xijiang River, Yangzhuang Town, Tengzhou City, north of Qiantai Village.

Lion River flows through Shanting, Tengzhou, Xuecheng and Weishan counties in Jining City successively, and is an important flood discharge channel in the east of Nansi Lake.

Shizi River basin covers an area of 746km2, and Lizhuang Reservoir is located at 1 17? 2 1′~ 1 17? 26 degrees 34 minutes north latitude? 58′~35? 02', the basin area above the dam site is 3 19.77 square kilometers, the total storage capacity of the reservoir is 65,438+33 million cubic meters, and the storage capacity of Li Xing is 80 million cubic meters. The flood control standard is once in 2000, and the project includes dam, spillway, north-south spillway tunnel, hydropower station, management area and resettlement project. The dam is 3124m long and 33.64m high. After the reservoir is completed, it can protect the downstream 4 10 square kilometers, 214,000 mu of cultivated land, 32310,000 people, 4 north-south arteries and 8 Hudong coalfields, with an annual output of more than 9 million tons. The average annual water supply of the reservoir is 3857 1 000 cubic meters. It is a large reservoir with comprehensive benefits such as industrial water supply, flood control, irrigation, tourism, power generation, aquaculture and ecological improvement.

According to national requirements, the Lizhuang Reservoir project must be started before the end of the year. This survey involves Shanting and Tengzhou 18 villages, 9 15 1 person,13,700 mu of land and ground attachments.

Lizhuang Reservoir is located in Shanting County (including a part of Tengzhou City). The dam site of the reservoir is located in Xijiang River, Yangzhuang Town, Tengzhou City, north of Qiantai Village. The dam length is 31.24m, and the maximum dam height is 33.6m.. The average inflow runoff for many years is 73.38 million cubic meters, with a total storage capacity of 65.438+340 million cubic meters, Li Xing storage capacity of 80 million cubic meters and flood control storage capacity of 46 million cubic meters. "Lizhuang Reservoir is the only large-scale reservoir planned and constructed in Shandong Province in the past 30 years, and it is also the key water conservancy project planned and constructed in Shandong Province in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. After completion, it will be a large-scale reservoir with comprehensive functions such as water supply, flood control and irrigation.
