When the Immigration Bureau issued the Notice of Approval in Principle, it did not provide a physical examination form, and went directly to the designated physical examination hospital, where there were special forms.

After the student application principle is passed, the applicant only needs to provide:

1. The latest admission notice issued by New Zealand educational institutions, indicating the start and end period of the courses paid by the applicant.

2. Proof of deposit of students during their stay in New Zealand can be any of the following:

A letter or certificate provided by the Bank of New Zealand confirming that the equivalent of S $65,438+00,000 has been deposited in the Bank;

B Or, if the course is less than 36 weeks, it will be calculated at 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan per month, and if the accommodation fee is prepaid, it will be calculated at 400 yuan per month.
