Materials required for Hungarian work visa

Personal basic information

1. Passport The back of the passport should be signed by the holder himself; The validity period must be at least half a year (counting from the last day of the validity period of the visa application); Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa use; If you have an old passport, you must provide it all.

2. Photos 3 2-inch (3.5cm×4.5cm) photos taken on a white background in the past 6 months.

4. Please provide a copy of each page of all members of my household registration book. For collective accounts, please provide the home page and my page.

Please fill in each item in the personal data form carefully in block letters. The authenticity and completeness of this information will directly affect the visa results.

China unit information

1. The original English letter of company certification (1) should be printed on the official stationery with the company name, and the contact information such as company address, telephone number and fax number should be printed on the post-it note. (2) The contents of the dispatch letter shall include: a. The applicant's passport number, date of birth, position, salary and employment time; B. departure time, purpose and itinerary; C ensure that the applicant will abide by the laws of the destination and return to China on time. (3) The signature office shall be signed by the principal (except myself), and the name and position shall be printed, and finally the official seal of the company shall be affixed.

2. Copy of the qualification certificate of the unit, business license or organization code certificate and affix the official seal of the unit.

Foreign invitation information: Foreign invitation requires an official invitation letter issued by Hungarian Immigration Bureau.

Personal assets certificate

Nearly half of the running bill: the original and photocopy of the bank running bill or current passbook (if you only have a bank card, you need to go to the bank to print the running bill for the last six months and affix the bank seal), and you can provide multiple accounts or passbooks, real estate licenses, motor vehicle ownership certificates, etc. It can also be used as an auxiliary attribute as periodic information.
