Opening a restaurant is a relatively simple and successful way. Many of the restaurants here are terrible but still crowded during the holidays. Hong Kong-style tea drinking has become popular in Southern California a few years ago, and many of those who followed suit seem to be doing good business.

There are also Chinese companies here that employ many Chinese people, and none of them speak particularly good English.
